About CCSI Revenue Management Services
CCSIRMS was established to support Federally Qualified Health Centers in the responsible coordination of revenue cycle management, technology, vendor relationships, billing operations, data, cybersecurity, and implementation planning.
Every health center works at the meeting point of care, regulation, technology, and reimbursement. Patients need access. Staff need systems that work. Leadership needs reliable information. Revenue must be collected responsibly. Data must be protected. Vendors must be managed. The work is essential, but it is also complex.
CCSIRMS helps bring order to that complexity. We work with FQHC leadership to coordinate people, systems, vendors, data, and operating priorities so decisions can be made more clearly and work can move forward with discipline.
Our role is practical. We help connect the right information, the right expertise, and the right process. We listen to those closest to the operation, work with selected professionals and partners, and support execution over me.
Our purpose is simple: improve revenue, strengthen IT, and support the FQHC mission of community care.
